RENOmagic provides outstanding home renovations, repairs and makeovers to homeowners who have just bought a new home or those who are staying in their home. The parent company, Prep‘n Sell, created their “1 Call” home owner service in 2002. The concept was developed after the principals recognized that homeowners wanted help to prepare & update their homes for sale, and needed a renovation company that understood exactly what was required.

In the majority of cases, a person’s home is their largest investment and asset. In an industry fraught with a poor reputation – due to the occasional unethical contractor – homeowners need a contractor they can trust. RENOmagic offers their clients peace of mind, and a promise that they will be treated with respect and honesty.

Renovating or updating a property brings out nerves and confusion on what to do, when to do it, how it will get done, and by who? With families working, children underfoot, animals and activities to care for and plan, most homeowners just don’t have the time to coordinate all the trades to get the jobs done. Working with numerous homeowner over the years, the company has dealt with almost every possible situation, and has developed plans and systems to make sure the job gets done on time and on budget.
